Actors and singers....
@ 2008-11-04 – 20:23:41
My ex-boyfriend was a good singer. Sung with a band in his youth, liked to sing with bands in pubs, won talent contests, got offered a singing job in Majorca once. Anyway, this was one of the songs he sung and, no word of a lie, got his words wrong more often than not and sang "My darling, I look wonderful tonight".
Says it all. Freud knew a thing or two. -
Greek Island
@ 2008-11-04 – 15:39:04
Sorry, friends, about my lack of blogging commitment. Just got a lot on really. Third-year student these days, nearly there.
See note to Dennypoos on my The Singer not the Song post. Said singer, not interested, well sod him, I have a nomadic nature, the cat proves it.
"Don't get any more animals" said Delpine, a bit upset about poor Ella's re-homing.
My job - well, it's no longer the politically-correct term, but I'm a fortune-teller and we're traditionally gypsies. I think with this firm being international I can live anywhere; all I need to earn a living is a pack of cards and a telephone.
A Greek island in winter?
First I have to finish my degree and sell my house, of course. And complete my new Manchester acting classes with renowned teacher. And maybe do an MA.....
After that -
The World is My Oyster.
PS Menhir I haven't forgotten your reading although I know it looks that way.)
